We Will Close Anti-Cancer Commune Under Only Two Circumstances

1. The state orders it closed. At present this seems unlikely; the insurance regulator's talks and rectification efforts did not shut down the industry. The Commune has always been thorough about operating compliantly, has no suspicion of violations, and has received no rectification order.

2. Membership dwindles to below 10,000 and the Commune has no value in existing, so it will close. We will of course do our utmost to avoid this; it is the Commune's greatest challenge.
