KangAi Commune Is So Open and Transparent—Yet Still Questioned? AI Suddenly Made Everything Clear to Me

Yesterday I posted a complaint. Once I calmed down and reflected, I realized my view had been too one-sided—it was not fair to put all the blame on the outside. This morning I fed the problems I had sorted out to an AI, and it gave me this reply:

KangAi Commune's real problem is not "be more transparent"; it has already hit the ceiling of first-party self-verification, and continuing to post PDFs is piling up volume horizontally, not breaking through vertically. Breakthrough moves all share one common trait: moving the "right to verify" out of the platform's hands—custodial co-signing, random audits, publishing all rejected aid cases, and anchoring to regulation. Without these, disclosures can score 100 and trust will still be 60.

Reading that passage, everything suddenly became clear. For a long time we held to a fixed line of thinking—that as long as we did our own work well, that would be enough—and we kept walking in that direction. But in reality the results are far from what we imagined. Trust is never something a platform can establish by talking to itself; only by genuinely handing over the initiative of verification and breaking the closed loop of self-verification can we pierce that pane of window glass of trust between the platform and its users and step out into a more open place.

We must make up our minds to step out of our old comfort zone: from here, KangAi Commune will formally set out in the direction of external verification.

We will no longer charge ahead head-down with the old idea that "doing well by ourselves is enough." Step by step, we will hand over the power of review and supervision and the power of information verification: promoting multi-party co-signing for third-party custody of funds, bringing in an independent third party to conduct and publish annual random audits, giving every rejected aid case a uniformly public, checkable explanation open to public oversight, and proactively engaging with compliance regulators to anchor the bottom line of trust.
